The sun dipped low over Naples, casting long shadows across the cobblestone streets. The air was heavy with the scent of impending rain, a fitting backdrop for the brewing storm within the Alessandro family. Lucca Alessandro leaned against the balcony railing of his penthouse, the city sprawling beneath him like a chessboard. Every piece was in place, but the game was far from over.
Matteo Rossi approached, his expression grave. “We need to talk, Lucca. It’s about the shipment.”
Lucca’s gray eyes narrowed. “What about it?”
“Rumors are swirling. The Bravetti family is planning to intercept it. They know it’s our territory, and if they succeed…” Matteo trailed off, the implication hanging heavily in the air.
“Let them try,” Lucca replied, a dangerous calm in his voice. “They’ll learn the cost of crossing me.”

Sanvi Singh sat in her small room, poring over her medical textbooks. The faded walls felt like a prison, yet her mind soared with dreams of becoming a doctor. Her fingers brushed over a newspaper clipping she had pinned to the wall—a story about a young woman who had overcome insurmountable odds to achieve her dreams. The headline read: “One Heart, One Dream: The Rise of Dr. Anaya Verma.” Sanvi wanted to be that woman, to be more than just a product of her circumstances.
But the looming weight of reality pressed down on her. Her father, krishna Choudry, had always spoken of the darkness that lurked within the world, a darkness that had edges too sharp for the innocent. Sanvi had learned early on that the shadows of ambition often hid dangerous secrets.
That evening, as rain began to patter against her window, Sanvi received an unexpected call. It was Ashika, her best friend, now living in Italy. “Sanvi, you won’t believe what I found out. There’s something big happening here—something involving the Mafia. It’s about Lucca Alessandro.”
Sanvi’s heart raced. She had heard whispers of the notorious Mafia leader, a man who commanded fear and respect. “What do you mean?”
“I can’t say too much over the phone, But I’ll be in Naples next week for a conference. We need to meet.Ashika said, her voice low.“ Take care Ashi it's dangerous ” I said with low voice.
“ok my future dr sanu....u know me very well I love the things which is dangerous” Ashika told before hanging up. I huffed “o this girl ”knowing her character very well.

Back in Naples, Lucca held a clandestine meeting with Elena Ricci in a dimly lit warehouse. The flickering fluorescent lights cast an eerie glow as they discussed the impending threat. “We need to gather more intel on the Bravetti family,” Lucca ordered. “I won’t let them damage a bit of my reputation.”
Elena nodded, her fingers dancing over her laptop. “I’ve got some contacts. I’ll see what I can dig up. But there’s something else, Lucca. I’ve been hearing rumors about a men—a shopkeeper—who’ had treated some of people in his shop. And to make sure my doubt I sent some of the people who are finding Dr. Kiyansh vasudev and guess what they found - A shopkeeper is treating the illness with the different techniques. That are not in use for so many years and after asking doctors this techniques some what matches the techniques which is used by Dr Krishna and Dr kiyansh I think he might be connected to Rajveer Singh and kiyansh vasudev. The most surprising think is only 5 years of information are there before that no information of him was there. Seems like he didn't even existed 5 years ago."
Lucca froze. “Rajveer Singh and kiyansh vasudev? The surgeon?”
“Yes. And if he is one of his student it would be an good thing as their techniques are the best” Elena warned.
Lucca’s mind raced. He had always respected them, but the thought of a connection to the esteemed doctor made him uneasy. “Find out everything you can about him.
As the night deepened, the storm outside intensified, mirroring the turmoil brewing within Lucca’s world and the sanvi's past which is unknown to her. Unbeknownst to them, their paths were destined to intersect in ways that neither could anticipate, pushing them further into the shadows of ambition and danger.
The following morning, Sanvi awoke to a sense of urgency. She had to help her Father after which she can go to her part time job. After getting ready.
“Dad,” she called, finding him in the kitchen.
